SOLUTION: When the data x, y of a pulse length for operating motors 2, 3 for X-axis and Y-axis respectively at a prescribed speed are read out respectively from a memory part 10, pulse signals Px, Py having the pulse lengths of the read-out data are outputted respectively from pulse signal forming parts 20x, 20y. The pulse signals Px, Py are reset at the same time in response to the reset timing of a unit time counter 30 with pulse signal synchronizing parts 40x, 40y.
