PURPOSE: A universal gate switch using inertia torque is provided to lock or unlock an actuator such as an external valve or turn on or turn off an external switch by installing a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION: A rotary gear(20) is combined with a circumference of a rotary shaft(10) by using a welding method or a molding method. The rotary gear(20) is geared into a rotary mass body(50). A bearing(30) is combined with an upper side or a lower side of the rotary shaft(10). A plurality of motors(40,42) are combined with an outer circumference of the bearing(30). A spur gear or a helical gear, and a double helical gear are formed on a front end portion of the rotary mass body(50). A motor shaft is extended to lower end portions of the motors(40,42). An encoder(44) is installed to detect the number of rotations of the motor shaft. A reception case(38) is formed at the outside of the bearing(30). An adaptor(12) is formed at a lower end portion of the rotary shaft(10). An external power supply portion includes the bearing(30), a bobbin(32), and a commutator(34). The commutator(34) is contacted with a brush(36).
