The clip, having holders (11) for a number of pipes or cables, has temporary fastenings (4, 12) on one side to hold it while the pipes and cables are being fitted, and permanent fastenings on the other, comprising a guide cone (8) and a stop (7) ring round it, with the inside of the cone leading to a fastening barrel (6) which grips a peg projecting from the underside of a vehicle floor panel. The temporary fastenings are used to attach the clip to an assembly plate while the pipes and cables are located in its holders, after which the body of the vehicle is lowered onto the plate and pegs under its floor engage with the clips.
