PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte material with high ionic conductance and shortened start time by making quick heating possible. SOLUTION: This solid electrolyte material is prepared by uniformly dispersing high electric conductive particles in a lanthanum gallate solid electrolyte material which is a perovskite high speed oxygen ion conducting material. As the material dispersing in the solid electrolyte material, the metal particle of a good electric conductor such as gold (Au) platinum (Pt), zirconium (Zr), rhodium (Rh), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), and others are effective as a good electric conductor for induction heating, hardly reacts with the lanthanum gallate solid electrolyte material, and is chemically stable. |
