PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately provide information for a user of the Internet without letting the user do special input operation. SOLUTION: A site operating terminal 20 holds an attribute classification rule and provided information classified according to the rule in an attribute rule storage part 22 and a provided information storage part 23 in advance; when a user terminal 10 gains access, the ID is obtained and held in both the user terminal 10 and a user information storage part 24 of the site operating terminal 20 and the site operating terminal 20 sends service information to the user terminal 10. Then the site operating terminal 20 receives wording inputted when the service information is used and wording input process information, analyzes user attributes according to them, and extracts provided information matching the user attributes from the provided information storage part 23, thereby sending the provided information to the user terminal 10. |
