PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for presenting information, an information supplying device and an information presenting device, with which information corresponding to trouble can be presented when the relevant trouble occurs in an electrical product for domestic use. SOLUTION: In a server 20, confirmation information showing confirmation items corresponding to the trouble conditions of refrigerator, dealing information showing dealing corresponding to the relevant trouble conditions and reason information showing the occurrence reasons of the relevant trouble conditions are stored on a hard disk concerning a plurality of trouble and when the condition information showing the condition of trouble is received from a refrigerator 44, the confirmation information, the dealing information and the reason information corresponding to the trouble condition shown by the relevant condition information are read out of the hard disk 26 and transmitted to the refrigerator 44. Besides, when trouble occurs in the refrigerator 44, the condition information showing the condition of the relevant trouble is transmitted to the server 20, information transmitted from the server 20 corresponding to the relevant transmission is received and the confirmation item, dealing and occurrence reason shown by the received information are reproduced. |
