PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a guide member for mounting on an IC package in free swaying movement with respect to an IC loading board. SOLUTION: The IC socket having a wedge-in contact forming an electric connection by an insertion of an IC package, is provided with an oscillating mechanism for fitting a guide member for mounting the IC package in free swaying movement with respect to an IC loading board.
