PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit that suppresses disturbance of a waveform of an output signal when a logic level of the output signal is changed in response to a received signal. SOLUTION: A drive circuit 12 generates control signals A1, A2 that change from L to H according to a change from H to L of an input signal X and change from H to L according to a change from L to H of the input signal X and control signals B1, B2 that change from H to L according to a change from H to L of the input signal X and change from L to H according to a change from L to H of the input signal X and gives the control signals to gate terminals of MOS transistors(TRs) MA1, MA2, MB1 and MB2 respectively. A change timing of logic levels of the 4 control signals A1-B2 is adjusted so that a simultaneous ON or OFF period of the 4 MOS TRs MA1-MB2 can be produced.
