摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an advanced power system simulation that can calculate the degree of dynamic stability at all time cross-sections during training. SOLUTION: A training simulator having a power system simulation feature is provided with: a determining block 11 that determines whether or not a re-calculation of the initial dynamic stability is required on condition that there is no continuous failure state, the integrated step count is within the tolerance, and the system frequency of the main busbar is within the tolerance of the standard frequency; a power flow calculating block 12 that calculates the power flow of the relevant cross-section depending on the result of the determining means; and an initial stability calculating block 13 that uses the result of the power flow calculating block 12 and calculates the initial dynamic stability in order to re-calculate and update the dynamic stability. This allows the dynamic stability to be calculated at all time cross-sections during training.
