<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp the present situation of production management on the basis of operation journal data to permit cost reduction and profit increase/ decrease only by making an operator inputting an operation journal and also to easily grasp the management information on respective items such as object parts, a process type, using machines, the number of the parts and operation time with a small amount of operation in real time in a production management program. SOLUTION: The operator inputs the operation journal data, the inputted operation journal data are classified in each product, the data of a product selected by a manager are taken out (#90), and times needed to manufacture the product are summed up for each part and process routine (#91, 92 and 93). The inputted operation journal data are also classified in each different machine and term, the data of a machine selected by the manager is taken out, and the operating rates of the machine for a prescribed term are summed up in each term.</p> |
