PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call receiving sensor for a portable telephone set which is easily detachable from the antenna tip part of a portable telephone set and which can properly be changed corresponding to the clothes and mood of the user. SOLUTION: The incoming call receiving sensor for the portable telephone set is provided with a base part mounting a light emitting element, an antenna part of a prescribed length connected to the light emitting element through the base part, a transparent ember for supporting the base part and a fitting part fixed to the projecting member to be mounted to the antenna tip part of the portable telephone set. One end of the antenna part is fixed to the base part, the other end is a free end adjacent to or contacting the antenna tip part, and the fitting part is a nearly annular body in the shape of C or O which can be detached from the antenna tip part.
