PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically distribute helpful information about services after detection of the arrival at a destination without any special operation without distributing unnecessary information while a user is moving. SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 1 is provided with a GPS receiver for obtaining its own present position to generate information of the present position. The system is provided with a data server 6 which is connected to a radio base station and to an exchange station, recognizes the present position of the terminal 1 on the basis of the information of the present information notified from the terminal 1 via the radio base station and the exchange station, and autonomously judges that the terminal 1 has arrived at the user's destination to distribute the information about services relating to the destination.
