PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a system, recording filming position information at the time of image recording, is constituted by combining a dynamic image and still image recording device with a position information detecting function of a GPS receiving system and a wireless communication system, the correlation between the recorded image data and position data information is not clearly displayed and used at the time of image reproduction. SOLUTION: This position recording system has a means, in which position data and image data are recorded with the correlation between each other and which enables correlative reference with place names, to enable the image reproduction which can display the position data and the image data clearly.
