PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supplement prescribing system for deciding the indication of ingestion and preventing a user from erroneously taking the supplement. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a life information collecting part 22 collecting respective pieces of information such as basic information of the age and the gender of the user and life information on a dietary life and a health condition from the respective users through a communication network, a supplement prescribing part 26 estimating the excess or deficiency of ingestion on a prescribed nutrient from basic information and life information and calculating the type and the amount of the supplement to be supplied on the nutrient whose taking lacks and a result display part 28 transmitting an excess or deficiency result calculated in the supplement prescribing part 26 and information on the type and the amount of the supplement which is to be supplied on the nutrient whose taking lacks to a user side terminal 10. |
