PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve, in an installed state, the bend strength of a hollow column such as a hollow concrete pole. SOLUTION: A composite part 5 integrating reinforcement materials 4, 4 and a thrusting means 5 is inserted from the upper mouth and positioned in the hollow section 2 of the hollow column 1; the thrusting means 5 is then extended to bend and deform the reinforcement materials 4, 4 along the inner wall of the hollow column 1 while at the same time pressing them against the inner wall.
