<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an action of a piano which is capable of easily adjusting the turning resistance of the coupling of action parts to an optimum value when the turning resistance is changed in an assembly step or by a change in temperature and humidity and frequencies of use, permits fine adjustment as well and accordingly eliminates the need for exchange of parts, such as center pins and bushing cloth and the like. SOLUTION: The action 5 of the piano which operates and strikes strings by accompanying the key touch of a keyboard 9 have the two action parts 21 and 23 which are freely turnably connected to each other by means of the coupling and turn relatively during the activation of the action 5 and turning resistance adjusting means 1 and 2 which adjust the turning resistance of the coupling.</p> |
