<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly prepare an empty vehicle by shortening time required from the vehicle allocation request of a customer until a vehicle allocation result notification to the customer. SOLUTION: A vehicle allocation company 2 is provided with a vehicle travel information database 2a for storing vehicle travel information which is obtained by collecting the vehicle information of the plurality of vehicles 3a, 3b and 3c and a vehicle allocation information server 2a for providing vehicle travel information to the customers 1a and 1b via the Internet 4. The customers 1a and 1b and the plurality of vehicles 3a, 3b and 3c can respectively perform access to a vehicle allocation information server 1a. The vehicle allocation requests of the customers 1a and 1b are received, the nearest empty vehicles are automatically allocated without the intervention of an operator and vehicle allocation is reported to the customers 1a and 1b. Then waiting time from the vehicle allocation request to the vehicle allocation result notification is reduced so as to realize an automatic vehicle allocation reserving service, the reception of simultaneous multiplex reservations, prehension of a vehicle traveling situation and also vehicle allocation strategy analysis.</p> |
