<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily retrieve a desired electronic commerce(EC) site out of huge sites. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a first site extracting part 32 for extracting EC sites 7-1 to 7-n, which are disclosed on a network 2, to be used for EC by retrieving a keyword, an EC condition investigating part 32 for investigating the condition of EC executed on the EC sites 7-1 to 7-n, a tax declaration information acquiring part 33 for acquiring declaration information on the payment of tax of EC site providers 5-1 to 5-n for providing the EC sites 7-1 to 7-n from a tax declaration information database 9, and a tax evasion suspicion discriminating part 34 for extracting a site satisfying conditions from the EC sites 7-1 to 7-n by discriminating the presence/absence of tax evasion suspicion for the EC site providers 5-1 to 5-n on the basis of the conditions and the declaration information.</p> |
