<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elderly person life support method capable of managing an information system while maintaining the high reliability, high secrecy and high safety thereof. SOLUTION: In the elderly person life supporting system, a PC terminal for elderly person is connected to a mailing center, and a PC terminal group related to elderly person welfare, which is constituted of a PC terminal for home helper dispatching company, a PC terminal for public institution and autonomy, a PC terminal for elderly person recruiting company and a PC terminal for company related to elderly care service is connected to the mailing center by public communication line networks. The PC terminal for elderly person receives elderly person information from the PC terminal group related to elderly person welfare through the mailing center, exchanges information with the mailing center, reserves the supply of information and the supply of service from the mailing center, receives the supply of a mail friend and the place of meeting with the registered elderly person or reserves the supply of the representative service of the public institution such as a public office.</p> |
