PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield connector effectively restraining crosstalk. SOLUTION: The shield connector is provided with a contact unit which arranges and holds a plurality of terminals at a proper position by an insulation member and can be fitted beside a housing, a conductive shield plate fitted to the insulation member of the contact unit and extended to vicinity of the tip of the terminals with an interval with the terminals, and conductive contact pieces extended from the plate face of the shield plate toward the terminals and pressure-welded to one or two or more of the terminals.
