PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid bearing capable of downsizing the whole motor by integrating a journal bearing with a rotor magnet. SOLUTION: This fluid bearing is used for a spindle motor or the like used in a rotating and sliding section R to make hydraulic oil serve as fluid for the bearing. The rotor magnet 6 is integrally fixed on the outer periphery of the journal bearing 5 disposed through the rotating and sliding section R on the outer periphery of a shaft at a stationary section. At the rotating and sliding section R between the shaft at the stationary section and the journal bearing 5, a dynamic pressure generating groove 12 is formed at least on one sliding surface of the shaft or the journal bearing 5.
