PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate access to a link destination in a picked-up image. SOLUTION: A communication apparatus has a plurality of communication methods enabling connection to a network, and characterized in that there are provided an extraction means for extracting a predetermined character string that is preregistered from the image acquired by an image-pickup means, and a control means for selecting one of the plurality of communication methods and performing communication depending on the character string extracted by the extraction means.
