PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which a state before processing and a different processing state can be set for a redundant relieving circuit independently of fuse processing. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a fuse block 205 storing data of switching of a redundant circuit, a data setting circuit 203 inputting a plurality of data in serial from an external terminal 201 at the time of test mode and constituted of scan shift FF which can output data to the inside of a semiconductor device in parallel and can perform scan shift operation, a data switching circuit 208 inputting output data of data stored in the fuse block 205 and the data setting circuit 203 and switching and outputting data, and a redundancy relieving address comparing circuit 210 inputting an output from the data switching circuit 208.
