PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve complexity and inconvenience in a wire connection process to the outside of a body of a structure in 'High-functioned stator device' of China Patent Application number 01115584.1. SOLUTION: A plurality of sets of stator coils and switch means are provided in an inner-stator part of an electric motor or a generator of a drum structure, and are mounted inside the drum structure; the inner-stator part of the electric motor and the generator in a low speed or middle speed or high-speed operation has counter- electromotive force coefficient KE values and torque coefficient KT values of different levels respectively, and change of the KE values and the KT values allows the electric motor or the generator to have a uniform and a high efficient work operation characteristic and a suitable power performance expression for 'a low speed and high torque, and a high-speed and high power'. The technical means forms a large inner hole in an inner-stator annular part end, covers with two sheets of inner-stator annular part covers; stores a switch means in the inner-stator annular part in a hollow space which is formed after covering; and further achieves the most complicated wire connection process between the plurality of sets of stator coils and the switch means on the electric motor or the generator.
