PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically-operated oscillating device, in which sufficient angle of inclination of respective actuators can be obtained and a simulation experiencing device, that uses the electrically-operated oscillating device in the electrically- operated oscillating device, which selectively lengthens and shortens a plurality of actuators provided between a base and an oscillating table and contributes fluctuations to a part to be oscillated provided on the oscillating table. SOLUTION: In this electrically-operated oscillating device 20 for selectively lengthening and shortening the respective actuators 30 provided between the base 21 and the oscillating table 25 and gives fluctuations to the part to be oscillated provided on the oscillating table 25, each of the actuators 30 is provided with a rack shaft 38 whose base end part is supported by the base 21 via universal joint 31, a gearbox 37 whose base end is attached to and supported by the oscillating table 25 via a ball joint 32 and a sling tube 34 and through which the rack shaft 38 is inserted freely movably, and an electric motor 50 that performs positive/negative rotation drive of a pinion shaft supported pivotally by the gearbox 37 and intersecting the rack shaft 38 to engage with the rack shaft 38.
