<p>The invention concerns an end-fitting (1) designed to be fixed to a flexible pipe (2) comprising a first annular portion (11) whereon can be supported a flange (12) for crimping the inner sheath and a second annular portion (21) enclosing the first portion (112) and urged to produce sealing conditions on the outer sheath (7), the second portion (21) defining with the first portion (11) an annular gap (38) wherein are arranged the armour wires (5, 6) designed to be filled with a filler material, the end-fitting (1) further including a collar for locking (19) the armour wires rearwards of the flange (12) and a tapered ring (33) arranged around the inner sheath (4) immediately in front of the separation of the armouring elements (5, 6) at the collar (19) locking the armour wires.</p> |
