In the second tubular bar a rod is slidably accommodated and is coupled to the tool. A cable is connected with the hand lever and is adjustably coupled to the rod. A socket (25) is fixed to the first tubular bar. A lever (29) is pivotally linked to the socket and has a securing component for engagement with the socket and the second tubular bar.
