A medical apparatus(130)transmits a data file to a computer(100)for maintenance.The maintenance computer(100)stores the received file and transmits operation image information fetched from the medical apparatus(130)together with the stored data file to a computer(110)for support.The support computer(110)transmits support information to the maintenance computer(100)in accordance with the received data file and the operation image information.Thus,it is possible to perform correct diagnosis of a medical apparatus.
