The present invention is drown to recombinant 86 kD, 56 kD, 30k D and 14 kD antigens, expressed in expression system using the plasmid pTrcHis. Further, the claimed invention provides a vaccine and method of immunizing a subject against infection by various species of Eimeria including E.maxima and E.tenella.
