As the results of examinations on the relevancy between the diplotype form of NAT2 gene and the side effects of SASP in patients with RA, it is found out that patients having no wild type haplotype who have been treated with SASP suffer from the occurrence of the side effects at a high ratio. Thus, the risk of the side effects of SASP on individuals can be judged by determining the diplotype form of each subject and examining the presence/absence of the wild type haplotype.
|
