<p>A polymer cell, characterized in that it comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a polymer electrolyte comprising a polymer, a supporting electrolyte and a phosphazene derivative. The polymer cell exhibits excellent self-extinguishing property or flame retardance, stability, discharge characteristics at low temperatures and storage characteristics at high temperatures, is free from the leakage of a liquid, and can be miniaturized, while retaining cell characteristics, and thus can be suitably used in a variety of applications.</p> |
