An optical arrangement, comprises a plastic plate which conduct electricity and which heat the screen. The plastic plate has optical guide(s) made of a transparent plastic which focuses, parallels and/or deflects the radiation. The plate has at least one electrode which is surrounded by plastic during injection moulding, and is produced using a two stage injection moulding process. An optical arrangement (3), which receives and/or transmits electromagnetic radiation, comprises a plastic plate (1) which has regions that conduct electricity and which heat the screen. The plate is fixed directly or via an optical coupling medium, to the inside of the screen. The plastic plate has at least one optical guide (4,4') made of a transparent plastic which focuses, parallels and/or deflects the radiation. The plate has at least one electrode which is surrounded by plastic during injection moulding. The plastic plate is produced using a two stage injection moulding process.
