In a chromatography measuring device according to the present invention, a region at least from a marker reagent holding part 3 in which a marker reagent is held to a specific protein immobilization part 5 in which a color reaction is seen in a chromatography specimen 1 is adherently covered with a liquid-impermeable sheet material 6 composed of plastic tape or the like, and other regions are not covered but opened, as shown in FIG. 1. The so-constituted chromatography measuring device realizes a low-cost device having high sensitivity and high performance, whose constituent members are to be reduced and whose specimen manufacturing process is simplified.
