<p>The inventive device for ultrasonic action on a blood vessel or a cavernous body comprises a concentrator-waveguide having a pointed end for piercing the wall of the vessel or cavernous body and a working part which is introduced into said vessel or cavernous body through the puncture thereof. Said ultrasonic device is incorporated into a system which additionally comprises an ultrasonic generator, a channel or channels for transferring a liquid phase and a unit for supplying and evacuating said liquid phase provided with a push-and-pull drive. Said drive operates in such a way that it collects the liquid phase through the channel or channels for transferring said liquid phase during the direct motion and evacuates it through the channel or channels for transferring said liquid phase during the reverse motion.</p> |
