The present invention relates to an administration system of layer under the ground using an intelligence marker for reading and administering information on the underground layer, including an intelligence chip with information on the underground layer by burying the layer intelligence marker including the intelligence chip with the information on underground layer on the surface of the earth of the upper portion of the underground layer, and simultaneously, by applying an induced magnetic field to generate a self-power source in an intelligence chip. The system includes an magnetometric sensor for verifying a position of the underground layer using a magnetic marker attached to the layer, a layer intelligence marker including all kinds of information on the underground layer, the marker being exposed to surface of the earth, a probe terminal for processing data that are transmitted and received from the intelligence chip installed in the intelligence marker, and an output unit for graphically displaying a map containing the information on the layer after receiving the data from the probe terminal. |
