The front frame (1) reciprocates in short guides (2) opposite ways and offers a central view of the stationary placard behind through equi-spaced parallel strips (7) at right angles to the direction of frame movement as effected via a flanged cam (3) with a coupled connecting rod. The frame carries a clear film or pane in the center which in turn carries the cover strips on its surface. Alternatively the frame center carries bands stretched parallel to one another fitted with ring eyelets at their ends. The front frame fits between show cabinet glass or frame and placard.
