A power-saving lamp, generating air negative ion, comprises a lamp adapter (1), a lamp body (2) that is hollow and apertured at the front end, a power-saving lamp circuit (3) located inside the lamp body (2) and a power-saving lamp tube (5) located outside the lamp body (2). A air negative ion generator (6) is installed inside said lamp body (2) and contains a high-voltage transformer (61) and a spreay point (62) located on the aperture at the front end of the lamp body (2), connected through a circuit each other. The utility model combines a air negative ion generator and a power-saving lamp together so that people could take breath of fresh air which contains negative ion and keep a clear head, when the people are working and studying. In use, the power-saving lamp is screwed or inserted in an ordinary lamp socket, by the same method as one of application of conventional bulb. The power-saving lamp is suitable for interior lighting of house, office, market, conference room, hotel, etc., and both the power-saving lamp and the air negative ion generator are operated independently.
