The invention relates to a support (20) for holding the sole (2) of a shoe (4) in a fixed position, whilst the upper (3) of the shoe (4) is applied above under pressure (29). The support (20) comprises a flexible sealed envelope (21), at least partially elastic (31), filled with granules (22) of a round form. The support (20) automatically adapts to the shape of the sole (2), due to the granules (22) which are embedded in the gaps in the above as a result of the pressure (29) and may be used again for another sole with a different shape.
