<p>A fluorescent or luminous image of at least a part of a biological sample is taken, and the transmitted light image of at least the part of the biological sample is then taken. The fluorescent or luminous image and the transmitted light image are so superposed and displayed that the common regions of the biological sample are registered with each other. It is possible to determine the accurate position of the fluorescence or luminance of a predetermined portion of the biological sample.</p> |
