<p>A fan idler pulley (100) having a threaded hub (13) for attaching a fan shaft (300). The pulley (100) also comprises a receiving portion (14) for engaging a bearing (60). The bearing (60) is further engaged with a cup (15). The entire assembly is mounted by a pin press fit through the cup (15) into a mounting surface (M) such as an engine block or front cover. The pulley (100) may be engaged to either the inner race (18) or the outer race (17) of the bearing (60).</p> |
