In the manufacturing method of soybean protein powder for instant bean curd, soybean is washed, digested, kept so as to be steeped in water, and pulverized, and after that, bean curd dregs is separated and removed, and such obtained bean water necessary for a manufacture of bean curd is boiled, sprayed and dried to manufacture soybean protein powder, so that the consuming public can easily make and eat fresh bean curd by using the soybean protein powder with various tastes by specifically adding a coagulating agent and various condiments to the powder according to a taste of the consuming public. That is, in bean water capable of being manufactured in bean curd in a bean curd manufacturing process, the bean water is boiled and concentrated, and then, is sprayed and dried, to thus gain the soybean protein powder, and the soybean protein powder is instant-packed. |
