An adhesive cable binder (18), whose adhesive under sides and top sides join on contact has an end region with an open slit and a long narrower tongue region (21) extending away from the head. The point-symmetric long edges (22,23) of the binders run in a straight line. Independent claims are also included for patterns for the cable binders and bundles of many cable binders as above.
