<p>A freeze-dried human-derived alkaline phosphatase preparation which is obtained by adding a saccharide selected from the group consisting of galactose, lactose, and fructose and either albumin or dextran to a solution containing a human-derived alkaline phosphatase and freeze-drying the mixture. The preparation shows no increase in activity after redissolution in water and can be stored over long. Also provided is a method of stabilizing the preparation.</p> |
