The prefabricated construction element is a solid, panel-form element (1) of wood or a derived timber product, and on one side of which is at least one insulating element (2) of several layers, whereby one layer is formed from a cement or magnesite bonded wood wool insulating panel (7). An additional layer of insulating element is formed by a footstep sound-insulating panel (6) which is joined to the wood wool insulating panel on the side facing the panel-form element.
