The two-wheeled vehicle with a length-adjustable handle (1) or handle pair has cords or straps tensioning the collapsible frame. The handle tubes can slide into the frame of the vehicle. The tensioning cords are tensioned and clamped from four directions in a cord clamp. By displacement of the clamp of one or more cords the center of gravity of the vehicle can be adjusted in the longitudinal direction. At the end of the vehicle opposite the handle a brake shoe of a rubber-type material is provided.
