PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stainless spheroidal carbide cast iron having satisfactory characteristics such as corrosion resistance, heat resistance, abrasion resistance toughness, and workability together, by crystallizing only spheroidal vanadium carbide at a low melting temperature. SOLUTION: The stainless spheroidal carbide cast iron includes iron(Fe) as a main component, by wt.%,0.6-4.0% C and 4-15% V, as essential components, 0.01-0.15% P, 0.01-0.05% S, 0.05-1.0% Al, and 0.01-0.2% Mg, as gas (hydrogen) bubble-generation assistant materials, 0.2-4.5% Si, 13-30% Cr, 0.2-3.0% Mn, 4-15% Ni and/or Co, as materials for forming a corrosion preventive matrix. The manufacturing method comprises positively dispersing fine spheroidal spaces of gas (hydrogen) bubble roughly uniformly in a molten metal, by melting the cast iron at a temperature of 1673-1950 K being the gas bubbling reaction temperature, and crystallizing spheroidal covalent vanadium carbide in the spheroidal spaces.
