PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch for use in test for easily securing in high accuracy the distance between the two patch body sheets in applying the plurality of patch body sheets onto a test site of the skin. SOLUTION: This patch is used in a test as described below: two sheets of patch bodies 10 with respective holding members 13 holding test liquids differing from each other are applied to a test site of the skin through an adhesive 12 on each of basal bodies 11; wherein the distance between the two sheets of patch bodies 10 adjoining each other is specified using a string-like member 20; that is, the length of the part of the string-like member 20 situated between the two sheets of patch bodies 10 (effective length L) is set at a specified level in advance, and when the two sheets of patch bodies 10 are to be applied to the test site, the string-like member 20 is kept moderately tensioned, thus enabling the specified distance between the two sheets of patch bodies 10 to be easily secured.
