PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilator for controlling the flow rate and direction of an air blown from an air-conditioner for a vehicle, assuring correct control of the flow direction of the air and closing of a blowout port and giving an actual feed of control to an operator. SOLUTION: Between an outer case CO and an inner case CI rotatably provided therein, an inner case CO is held at a rotating position with a feel of moderation for controlling the flow direction of the air while giving an actual feel of control to the operator. A shut spring 38 is provided between the blowout port 23 of the inner case CO and a louver 25 for resiliently locking the louver 25 to a fully closed position while giving a feel of shut thereto, thus giving an actual feel for the fully closed position to the operator.
