An indicator lamp and a sound generator indicating to a driver that turn signals are on, are mounted on an instrument panel of a dashboard. However, the indicator lamp may enter the driver's blind spot depending on the height adjustment of a steering wheel and a turn indication sound may be absorbed by the sounds of a radio or the like. Therefore, it is aimed to prevent a possible danger of a vehicle running with the turn signals on. The present invention is characterized by having an indicator lamp indicating the on-state of turn signals, mounted at an appropriate position of the steering wheel.
