PURPOSE: A roller grinding device is provided to maintain regular smoothness of roller surface. CONSTITUTION: A device for grinding is provided to grind outer surface of roller of a roller conveyor installed in a frame(10). The device comprises a wheeling body(30) having a plurality of wheel(34) moving to a roller moving direction along a rail(20). The wheeling body comprises a grinding stone to grind the outer surface of the roller, a grinding stone moving cylinder(52) moving the grinding stone forward and backward of the roller, a lifting cylinder(32) to rotate the wheel, a driving portion(44) to supply rotating force to the wheel, and a tension adjusting cylinder(46) to move a tension adjusting wheel(48).
